Jeff Polino possesses almost 3 decades of extensive expertise in accelerating profitable growth through sales channel expansion. His unique skills in people development and strong propensity to successfully execute sales plans helped him quickly become one of the most successful membership developers at The Alternative Board®. Mr. Polino currently leads the TAB Membership Development team with the primary responsibility of enhancing membership growth globally.

Most recently, Jeff worked from Cendant Corporation where he was the lead presenter and principal closer for the $18 billion company. Prior to Cendant, Mr. Polino’s experience encompassed leading large national sales team charged with the specific responsibility to drive revenue for companies such as AT&T, Motorola and Service Corporation International.  In between Jeff’s corporate experience, he was the owner and CEO of a brokerage firm with 22 full-time employees where he was recognized in one of the industry’s most respected trade publications as one of the “Top 200” Sales/Marketing specialists in the U.S.

Mr. Polino is a graduate of The University of Connecticut with a specialization in the discipline of Communication Science—the study of human behavior and personality profiling. He also holds several licenses and is certified to practice in the brokerage and insurance industry in Colorado, Massachusetts and New Jersey.
